AI help for busy small business owners, in plain English.

We set up simple AI tools that answer questions, write quotes and chase invoices. You spend less time on admin. You check it all before it goes out.

No jargon. No long contracts. You approve everything before it goes live.

drafted by AI, checked by you

An illustration, not a client result. AI does the first draft. You review it, then choose what gets sent.

What can AI help with in a small business?

AI can help with the jobs you do over and over. Think customer questions, quotes, unpaid invoices and a full inbox. We set up the tools around the way you already work. The AI writes the first draft. You check anything your customers will see before it goes out.

Reply to new questions

It drafts replies to common questions from your site, email or texts. It sounds like you. You approve each one.

Write quotes and bids

Give it your notes or a voice memo. It turns them into a neat quote with your prices.

Chase late payments

It sends polite nudges on unpaid bills. You set the timing and approve each one.

Sort your inbox

It flags what is urgent, files the rest, and drafts replies for you to check.

Answer reviews, write posts

It drafts replies to reviews and simple social posts. You edit them before they go up.

Turn calls into notes

It turns calls and meetings into short notes and to-do lists. Your team checks them.

How does it work?

We start with a free 20-minute call about the jobs that eat your week. Then we write a short plan. We build with the tools you already use and test on real examples. We show your team how to check the work. We give you a guide and stay on hand for changes.

  1. 1

    Free call

Twenty minutes, mostly listening. Tell us what keeps landing back on your to-do list.

  2. 2

    A simple plan

A short written plan with the two or three tasks worth doing first, and a clear scope.

  3. 3

    Set up and test

We build with the tools you already use. Then we test it on real jobs from your business.

  4. 4

    Hand off and check in

We train your team, leave you a guide, then check in and adjust what needs adjusting.

What does this look like in practice?

A good AI setup starts with a plain job you do over and over. Here are two examples. They show how quote requests and booking questions could turn into drafts for a person to check. They show the kind of setup we can build. They are not results from real clients.

Example

Example: a plumbing shop in town

Before AI
The owner answers quote requests at night. They piece together job notes and prices.
With AI
AI drafts each quote from the job notes with the shop's prices. The owner checks and sends it the next morning.
Example

Example: a salon down the street

Before AI
Between clients, the team stops to answer the same questions. Can I book? When do you open?
With AI
AI drafts replies from the salon's booking rules and hours. The team checks them. They handle anything that needs a personal touch.

These show common setups. They are not real client results.

What does an AI help agency do?

We find the jobs that eat your week. We set up AI tools to write the first draft or the first reply. Then we train your team to check it and send it. You make every call. We handle the setup, the tests and the fixes. We explain it all in plain English.

Who is aihelp.agency for?

aihelp.agency is for owners and teams of 1 to 50 people who want help with admin. Think trades, clinics, salons, shops, agencies, accountants and property managers. We work with the tools you have now. Need a custom AI product built from scratch? Then we're not the right fit.

Is it safe to use AI with my business data?

You can use AI with safeguards, but it is not risk-free. We connect only what each task needs. We check each provider's data settings. You own every account. A person approves anything your customers see. We write down the setup, so you can see each link and switch it off.

  • Your data has limits.

We use business plans from firms that say they don't train on your data by default.

  • The accounts belong to you.

Every account and login stays in your name. You decide who has access.

  • You have the final say.

A person OKs anything your customers will see. Then it can go live or get sent.

  • You get the instructions.

We write down what we built, how it links up and how your team checks it.

  • There's an off switch.

You can cut a link or turn off a task at any time.

How much does it cost?

We suggest you start with a one-time Check-up or Setup Sprint. Ongoing Help is an add-on if you want it. Your final price depends on how many tasks and tools you need. We put it in writing before any work starts. Use the example prices below to compare plans before we agree on the work.

What else would you like to know?

You don't need to know the tech before you ask for help. These answers cover how we work and which tools we use. They cover how we treat customer data and what happens if a setup needs changes. Start here. Or bring your questions to the free call and we'll talk them through.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. We explain everything in plain English and set it up for you. If you can use email and a phone, you can use what we build. We also give your team a short written guide for each tool.

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not the goal. We use AI to take the first draft of repeat jobs off your team's plate. That gives them more time for customers and skilled work. A person still checks anything that goes out.

Which tools do you use?

We start with the tools you already pay for, like your email, calendar, books or booking app. If something new would help, we pick a well-known AI tool made for business. We set it up in your name, so you own the account.

Is my customer data safe with you?

We only connect what a task needs. We use business plans from providers who say they don't train on your data by default. You stay the owner of each account. We write down every link we make, so you can see it and cut it at any time.

How long does setup take?

We aim to finish a Check-up in a week. We aim to finish a Setup Sprint in two to four weeks. We agree on the dates before we start. They depend on your tools and when we can test with real examples from your business.

What happens on the free call?

We ask what eats your time each week. We look for two or three tasks AI can really help with. If it's not worth it yet, we'll tell you straight. You don't have to buy anything. There's no sales script.

What if it does not work for us?

We test every setup on your real examples before we hand it over. If something isn't saving you time, we fix it while your support lasts. Or we switch it off. You're never locked into a long contract.

Ready to see what AI can take off your plate?

Book a free 20-minute call to talk about the repeat work in your week. We'll listen, look for a good place to start and tell you if AI can help. You don't need to prepare a brief or know any tech. There's no catch and no need to go ahead.

We aim to reply within one business day.
